Ethna Pardo is deeply committed to patient care as a Patient Care Coordinator at Vado Plastic Surgery. With a background in the world of aesthetics as an aesthetician, she was drawn to our practice and initially joined as a Patient Concierge. In this role, she was the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the initial steps of booking consultations. Ethna’s passion for patient interaction inspired her to transition into the Patient Care Coordinator role, where she now takes a more hands-on approach to assisting patients throughout their journey.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, Ethna guides patients through the next steps of their journey. She meets with patients during consultations, outlines their surgical plans, provides quotes, discusses financing options, and helps schedule their procedures. Ethna is dedicated to answering any questions patients may have, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish. Her upbeat personality enhances every interaction, making each step reassuring and pleasant.
Ethna’s primary goal is to make each patient’s journey as seamless and supportive as possible, helping them achieve their dreams with confidence. She finds great joy in working with individuals from all walks of life who share a common goal of self-improvement. Having been a patient herself, Ethna deeply understands the emotions involved in the process and is committed to being there every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the springs and indulging in her passion for painting.
