Nurse Practitioner

Michelle Fletcher, APRN-BC is a nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in non-invasive aesthetic medicine. A native of Florida, Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Florida in 2009. She then worked as a registered nurse in urgent care and women’s health while continuing her education. In 2013, Michelle graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her Master of Science in Nursing degree through their Family Nurse Practitioner program.

Michelle began her nurse practitioner career specializing in dermatology for two years. It was during this time she was introduced to the world of aesthetic medicine and discovered her passion for blending science and beauty. She has trained closely with some of the most skilled leaders in the field to perform treatments including the injection of Botox, Dysport, Juvederm Collection, Restylane Collection, Kybella, Sculptra, and Radiesse. She is also experienced in laser and light platforms including the Venus Concept intense pulsed light (IPL) and radio frequency treatments.

Michelle’s philosophy is to treat every patient with compassion and respect while helping them look and feel their best. She believes in educating patients about their skincare, injectable, and surgical options, so they are fully confident in their cosmetic decisions. She also has a strong interest in continuing to learn and remain up-to-date with the most innovative techniques in the industry.
