Shaina Little, APRN-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Shaina Little, also known as Shay, brings over a decade of experience in trauma and emergency medicine to her role as an Aesthetic Injector. Born and raised in Clermont, FL, she began her medical journey at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree and became a Registered Nurse in 2013. She then spent 11 years as a trauma and emergency room nurse, honing her skills in high-pressure environments while developing a deep connection with her patients. In 2015, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. In 2022, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Simmons University in Boston, MA. In 2023, she became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

During her clinical rotations, Shay discovered her passion for aesthetics while shadowing an injector at a dermatology practice. Inspired by the joy and confidence aesthetics can bring, she has since dedicated herself to continuous learning and growth in the field. Now a proud member of the VADO Plastic Surgery team, Shay is committed to providing balanced, natural results that enhance her patients' confidence and well-being.

Outside of work, Shay has been married to her best friend, Justin, for nine years. Together, they have two daughters, Hadley and Blakely, and love traveling and seeking new adventures as a family.
