Non-Invasive Pricing

ACHIEVE YOUR AESTHETIC GOALS

We offer transparent pricing by treatment area, so you know what to expect before booking! Most patients only pay the typical treatment area price, but if achieving your goals requires more product than typical, additional product is provided at-cost as an exclusive Vado patient benefit. After your first treatment of an area, you’ll transition to our maintenance pricing where you’ll pay per unit. Read our FAQs here or call us at (407)-377-5438 if you have any questions!

NEW TREATMENT AREAS

Patients will qualify for our treatment area-based pricing if they have never had that area treated before, have not received Botox in that area within the past 9 months, or have not had filler in that area within the past 18 months. Once a treatment area is no longer considered new, future treatments will transition to our maintenance pricing.

FAQs

Our pricing is designed to be simple, transparent, and easy to understand. Traditional pricing models charge by the unit or syringe, often leaving patients unsure how much product they’ll need—or what the total cost will be to achieve their goals. That uncertainty can make planning your treatment stressful and frustrating. To solve this, we’ve structured our pricing into two clear categories:

  • New Treatment Areas: We’ve outlined the typical amount of product needed for each area and established a typical total cost, providing transparency so you have an idea of what to expect before your consultation. Most patients will pay this typical price. However, if your unique anatomy or desired results require more product, additional units or syringes are provided at-cost as an exclusive benefit, ensuring you achieve your goals without overpaying. If you need less product, your total price will be lowered accordingly based on the at-cost price of each unused unit.
  • Maintenance Pricing: Once you’ve treated a new area, follow-up appointments transition to our maintenance pricing, which is a simple flat rate per unit or per syringe. This makes it easy to maintain your results over time, without any surprises.

This structure eliminates the guesswork, ensuring clear and predictable pricing at every stage of your treatment!

Most patients will pay the typical treatment area price, but if your unique anatomy or aesthetic goals require more product than typical, you’ll unlock an exclusive discount! Any additional units or syringes are provided at-cost—an exclusive Vado patient perk that passes the savings directly to you as a way of showing our appreciation.

For example: Our lip plump treatment area is $795 and includes 1 syringe. If your unique anatomy or goals require 2 syringes, you’ll only pay the at-cost rate of $325 for the second syringe for a total cost of $1,120!

Most patients will pay the typical treatment area price, but if your injector determines that you need less product than typical to achieve optimal results, you’ll save! Your total will be adjusted to subtract the at-cost price of each unit or syringe that is not used.

For example: Botox for crow’s feet is priced at 24 units for $240. If your injector recommends only 20 units, that’s 4 units less than the typical amount. We’ll reduce your total based on the at-cost rate of $7 per unit, saving you $28.

We’ve determined the typical amount of product needed for each treatment area to give you an idea of what to expect before your appointment. Here’s how pricing works:

If You Need the Typical Amount (Most Common)

You’ll pay the typical treatment area price.

  • Example: Botox for crow’s feet is priced at $240 for 24 units. If 24 units is the right amount for you, your total will be $240 with no adjustments.

If You Need More Than the Typical Amount

You’ll unlock an exclusive discount and receive additional product at our at-cost rate.

  • Example: Botox for crow’s feet is priced at $240 for 24 units. If your injector recommends 28 units to achieve the best results for your unique anatomy, that’s 4 extra units. You’ll only pay $7 per additional unit, adding $28 to your total for a final price of $268.

If You Need Less Than the Typical Amount

Your total will be adjusted based on the at-cost price of the product you don’t use.

  • Example: Botox for crow’s feet is priced at $240 for 24 units. If your injector determines you only need 20 units, that’s 4 fewer units. We’ll reduce your total by $7 per unused unit, lowering your final price by $28 to $212.

This ensures clear, fair, and predictable pricing, so you only pay for what you need while getting the best value for your treatment!

"At-cost" means you’re essentially just paying what we pay for the product—without the markup! Since we use a variety of products, each with its own cost, we’ve set our at-cost unit pricing based on our average MSRP cost within each product category (Filler, Neuromodulator, etc).

Our goal is to make treatment as accessible as possible, so any additional product needed is offered at our cost—no extra markup. This exclusive Vado benefit is available to our patients treating new areas, ensuring you get the best value for your treatment!

A treatment area is considered new if:

  • You have never had that area treated before.
  • You haven't had Botox to that treatment area within the past 9 months.
  • You haven't had filler to that treatment area within the past 18 months.

For new treatment areas, we always schedule a two week follow-up appointment to assess your results. If a touch-up is needed at this visit, you’ll qualify for at-cost pricing on any additional product required to achieve your goals.

Once you’ve received treatment for a new area, you’ll transition to our maintenance pricing. Instead of paying the new treatment area price again, you’ll move to per-unit or per-syringe pricing to maintain your results as needed.

If you’ve recently received a treatment at another practice and only need a touch-up, you may qualify for maintenance pricing.

Traditional pricing models charge by the unit or syringe, oftentimes leaving patients unsure of how much product they’ll need—or what the total cost will be. That uncertainty can make treatment planning stressful and frustrating, leading to sticker shock during your consultation.

We’ve solved this problem by offering clear treatment area pricing, so you’ll have an idea of the typical cost before your appointment. If your treatment requires more product than the typical amount, you’ll unlock an exclusive benefit where any additional units or syringes are provided at our at-cost price for unbeatable savings. If you need less product than the typical amount, we’ll adjust your price accordingly and lower the total based on the at-cost price of each unit you don’t use.

With this approach, you will have an understanding of what to expect before your consultation. If your needs fall outside the typical range, our transparent pricing model ensures any adjustments follow a clear structure. This way, you’re informed ahead of time, eliminating surprises and giving you confidence in your treatment decisions.

Yes! We offer discounts when patients combine at least two treatments together:

  • 2 treatments: 5% off total
  • 3 treatments: 10% off total
  • 4+ treatments: 15% off total

Important to note:

  • Botox counts as ONE treatment, regardless of how many locations are injected.
    • Example: If you get Botox on your forehead, crow’s feet, and bunny lines, it will only count as one treatment.
  • Each filler area is counted individually.
    • Example: If you get filler in both your lips and cheeks, that counts as two treatments.
    • Example: If you receive Botox in three areas and filler in two areas, it counts as three treatments total since Botox is only counted once.
